Their primary Colorado audience is Denver, Boulder, the Greater Front Range, & mountain community residents. Read More>>

Artist: Liangyeh Tai www.liangyehmusic.com
We are very excited to welcome our community concert pianist and magical songstress, (and Sachi’s music teacher) Liangyeh Tai!

Liangyeh is a Taiwanese American musical artist, somatically-integrated educator and healer, mama to a teenager, guardian of trees and animals. She grew up studying both traditional Chinese music and Western classical music.  After a decade of rigorous training as a classical pianist from the Manhattan School of Music and music festivals throughout Europe, Liangyeh realized she had to stop “performing” to please others. She realized that in the name of achieving excellence by others’ standards, something really important got lost along the way.  This awakening took her from the East Coast to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2008 where she began a journey inward to reconnect with the soul of music, and also began her love affair with the powerful Nature of the Rockies. Today in Boulder, Liangyeh works with students in piano, singing, and flute from a multisensory and somatic-experiential lens. Liangyeh has received training in the Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, and she is also a graduate student at the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program at Naropa University.

◎ Artist: DILLBILLY. Unfortunayely, DILLBILLY, our Rover artist with most appearances, is not able to attend this year! They send their love to our purple community! NEXT YEAR!

THE ORIGINAL LOGO

Angie’s Heart
Our friend Angie, whose parents Leo and Caro run an anarchist t-shirt and design shop in Bogotá, Colombia, designed this heart when she was 17. Liza and I have always loved this design and I asked Angie if I can use it for the event logo. She was happy to share! I think Liza would be overjoyed that this sprouting heart designed by Angie was incorporated into our logo. ~~Again, community power!~~
